Farzana began her career as a dance choreographer, creating dance exhibitions, albums, and live performances. Because of her dance and choreography abilities, she has worked with well-known musicians such as Adnan Sami. Her title song choreography for the 2006 Hindi film “Zinda” catapulted her to the top of the industry.

Farzana became a choreographer after modelling for Hero Honda, Sansui TV, Godrej Hair Care, and Big Bazaar. Her enticing personality and adaptability made her a desired advertising face.

Farzana’s comedic parts in “Seema Sastry” (2007), “Bommana Brothers Chandana Sisters” (2008), “Gajibiji” (2008), and “Kuberulu” (2008) all aided her career. Her outstanding performance in “Mallepuvvu” (2008). Farzana rose to prominence as a result of her charm and humour.

Farzana made her Tamil cinema debut in “1977” (2009), with Sarath Kumar and Namitha. Despite her flexibility, she resigned from acting after achieving success in South Indian cinema.
