Saani Kaayidham is Arun Matheshwaran’s second film, following his spectacular debut with Rocky, starring Vasanth Ravi and Bharathiraja.

Keerthy Suresh, a National Award-winning actress, and ace filmmaker Selvaragahvan have joined the cast of Saani Kaayidham, and fans have been ecstatic about the movie ever since. The film is now available on Amazon Prime Video.

Saani Kaayidham has a too simple and plain plot. The plot involves Ponni (Keerthy Suresh), a constable who lives with her five-year-old daughter Dhanam and her husband Mari, according to the synopsis.

Mari’s involvement in local politics causes him to become enraged with his higher caste employers, who rape his wife Ponni and brutally murder him and their daughter in their hut house by burning them alive.

Ponni and her stepbrother Sangaiya (Selvaraghavan) were saddened when the law denied them justice. Angry, the two set out to exact vengeance on those who had mistreated them.
