Munawar Faruqui is an Indian rapper and stand-up comedian. He has a large following on YouTube. In the first season of Kangana Ranaut’s Lock Upp, he took home the winner’s trophy.

Munawar Faruqui was born on January 28, 1992, to a Muslim household in Junagadh, Gujarat. His parents and three sisters make up his family. His father used to be a truck driver. Munawar was forced to flee his home as a result of Gujarat’s religious riots in 2002. His mother committed suicide when he was only 16 years old.

He is currently a contestant on the Indian reality TV show, Bigg Boss Season 17, which started in October 15  2023.
