The upcoming Tamil rural drama Nandhan, directed, written, and produced by Era Saravanan under the banner of ERA Entertainment, is set to release on 20 September 2024. The film stars M. SasiKumar, Suruthi Periyasamy, S. Mathesh, Mithun Bose, Balaji Sakthivel, Katta Erumbu Stalin, Samuthirakani, V Gnanavelu, and G M Kumar.
The story follows the journey of an underdog from a rural village, Nandhan, who faces and survives numerous obstacles as he strives to improve his societal status. The film’s music is composed by Ghibran, with R. V. Saran as the cinematographer and Nelson Anthony as the editor.
The OTT release date and platform are yet to be announced, with the film being produced on a budget of ₹6 Cr. C. Udhayakumar serves as the art director, and Pragadeeswaran GandhiKumar as the associate director.
