Nikhil Siddhartha is an Indian actor who works in the Telugu film industry, also known as Tollywood.

Nikhil began his career as an assistant director on the film Hyderabad Nawabs. He had minor roles in several films before starring in Happy Days, the first Tollywood film to have an overseas release date before the Indian release. Nikhil played the son of an MLA (member of Legislative Assembly) in the film, which was directed by National award winner Sekhar Kammula.

Happy Days is one of a few low-budget films released in 2007 that became a huge commercial success at the box office.
